Position Overview: Join a dynamic team in a heavy industrial setting where safety and productivity are key. This role involves substantial physical activity, including heavy lifting and operating machinery, so candidates must be comfortable working in this demanding environment. Steel-toed boots are required.
Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery; assist with tooling changes and equipment set up
Move between areas to load, lift, tie off, and package large scale product
Perform packaging, labeling, and product inspections
Perform physical labor in fluctuating temperatures for extended periods
Manage material handling tasks efficiently
Physically handle and transport finished goods to designated areas
Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts with a 2-2-3 rotation schedule
Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Must be willing to train for 1 to 2 weeks on days
Weekend rotations and overtime opportunities available

Role Overview
As a Production Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations moving. You’ll assist with multiple production tasks—working inside and out—with both speed and precision. Physical stamina, teamwork, and commitment to safety will be key.
What You’ll Be Doing
Loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, packaging, inspections, and tracking production
Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and up to safety standards
Following strict safety protocols and reporting any issues
Communicating clearly with team members to hit daily targets
Participating in hands-on training to enhance your skills
What You Bring to the Table
Experience in labor-intensive, industrial, or construction environments preferred
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs; requires standing, bending, and reaching overhead
Reliable, safety-conscious, with strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Basic hand tool know-how is a bonus
Effective team player who follows instructions and adapts quickly
Flexible availability to train on day shift before transitioning to night work if required

Mig Welder
3rd shift
AMRI of Findlay - Full Time - Pay: From $21.23 per hour
AMRI is looking for a 3rd shift MIG Welder for a company South of Findlay. This company manufactures warehouse storage systems, and pallet racking for major distribution centers and retail stores.
3rd shift hours are 9:30pm to 6:00am starting on Sunday evenings with the pay rate of $21.23 to start
There is a possibility of overtime during the week and on Saturdays.
Job Duties:
- operating a MIG welder
- bending, lifting, twisting up to 50 lbs.
- production of metal racking
Job Specifications:
ENTRY LEVEL AND EXPERIENCED ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!!!
Must be able to read a tape measure
MIG Welding: 1 year (Required)
Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
Duties Include:
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as stick welding and soldering
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Assemble and fabricate metal components
- Operate hand tools and equipment such as pipe threading machines, press brake machines, and forklifts
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in welding or a related field preferred
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for moving heavy materials
